How it works

TRADE-IN STEPS

  • Email photos of the vehicle, registration document, current mileage, and potential expected costs

  • Estimate of the purchase price of your vehicle

  • Appointment with a sales representative to present the vehicle

  • Confirmation of the trade-in by our purchasing department (*)

(*). The vehicle must meet the needs of the Guide Excellences dealership in terms of its segment, general condition, configuration, and mileage.

    • Your vehicle is fully covered by our garage insurance for the entire duration of the consignment.

    • We prepare your vehicle (bodywork, wheels, leather, carpets) to ensure it is presented at its best for marketing and sale.

    • We promote your vehicle through multiple online platforms and specialized magazines.

    • We handle all incoming inquiries and showcase your vehicle at one of our showrooms.

    • Test drives are only allowed after a sales agreement has been signed, ensuring maximum security.

    • We facilitate the sale by offering a trade-in option for the buyer’s current vehicle.

    • We provide an optional mechanical breakdown warranty to reassure potential buyers.

    • We ensure the vehicle passes a technical inspection, and we check fluids and tire pressure before delivery.

    • We take care of all administrative formalities (certificate of non-encumbrance, transfer certificate, etc.) at the time of sale.

    • You are guaranteed secure payment, as Paris Prestige Cars is the entity that pays you directly.

    • Together, we determine the duration of the consignment and the sale price.

    • Our fee is a percentage of the final sale price, which we agree on at the time of consignment — our goal is to sell your vehicle at the right market value.

    • Your identity remains confidential throughout the process.

    • We also manage any after-sales service needs.

    • Appointment with a sales representative to assess the vehicle and highlight its key features

    • Valuation of your vehicle based on market conditions and condition

    • Agreement on the consignment duration and sale price

    • Definition of the consignment terms (insurance, commission, conditions)

    • Vehicle preparation for sale by our detailing specialists

    • Vehicle listed for sale, with ads and promotions published across our networks and platforms
